SAP Solutions Manager
The purpose of the SAP Solution Manager Connector application is to synchronize ticket data between MATRIX42 Software Asset & Service Management (“Service Store”) and SAP Solution Manager. This application is a basic implementation that can be expanded by a developer in the context of a particular customer system, so that it covers the specifics of the local service store and uses the web service provided in the SAP system.
The basic application includes a SOAP web service that is hosted in the IIS of the Service Store server. In addition, a template-like workflow is included, in the course of which the communication with the SAP System is carried out. There, another SOAP web service is expected, which is provided in the context of the SAP Solution Manager and which can use the data sent from the Service Store, but other ways of data exchange are also conceivable.
The basic application includes extensions of the data models that can contain the necessary additional information for tickets, and also includes value mappings for status and priority.At present, the data synchronization of Incidents is available. For other types of tickets (problems, changes, etc.) the data exchange can be added upon request.
LANDESK Inventory Connector
The LANDESK Inventory Connector manages the integration in Service Store of the third-party LANDESK Inventory Manager. Inventory will be collected via Workflows and imported in Matrix42 Service Store. Several Inventory data source can be defined and executed in parallel.

The lmbit Sophos Mobile Connector is an extension to the Matrix42 Service Store. It connects to an instance of Sophos Mobile and serves quite literary as a data provider.
Sophos Mobile is a Software that offers Mobile Device Management. Mobile Devices are registered with Sophos Mobile. This usually is as simple as installing a Sophos Mobile Application on a device and scanning a barcode. The devices are assigned a profile that determines compliance standards. The application provides information pertaining to that mobile device, such as IMEI, phone number, installed Applications, root status etc.
The lmbit Sophos Mobile Connector queries a Web Service to access this information and uses it to create or update Asset Management Data in the Matrix 42 Service Store. Among the data that is provided by the Sophos Mobile Connector are:

- the description
- Serial Number
- OS (Platform and Version)

Macmon Connector (Imbit)
The lmbit macmon Connector for the Matrix42 Service Store allows you to manage Endpoints in the macmon Appliance from inside the Service Store Asset Management.
Endpoint Data kept in the macmon Appliance that is used to control Access to Networks is frequently updated with Asset Data from the Service Store. So the liability (Corporate, Employee etc.), status (Active,Discarded etc.) and Endpointgroup Membership is effectively controlled by the Service Store.
Identity and Asset Management (DSP)
The IAM add-on tool from DSP IT Service provides a service item in the Matrix42 service catalog for selecting and ordering access rights to AD-controlled file shares and applications, an intelligent, special workflow for approval and fully automated setup, parking and revocation of access rights.
In the event of an audit, a special reporting module provides all the necessary information about the permits and access rights granted for each person or target system.
The automated health check checks rights assigned by the system and compares them fully automatically with the booking status of the Matrix42 catalog, so that it is ensured that unapproved, granted access rights are identified, checked and process-controlled with an automatically generated ticket.
PerformanceGuard provides a unique insight to what an end user experiences when accessing business services. Instead of providing status and up-times for individual components like servers, network, databases etc. PerformanceGuard monitors the performance for every end user all the time on all systems and provides a true image of the current status on intuitive dashboards.
