Starting Remote Support

  1. Start Matrix42 Workspace Management and click the Service Desk workspace.
  2. In the navigation area, click Incidents.
  3. If you cannot find the required incident in the selection list, use Search.
  4. In the selection list, click the incident. Preview opens.
  5. In the action pane, click Establish Remote Connection, and then click Connect.
