You can reinstall the already installed software programs and operating system on a computer, if an incident for this computer was created. For this option, Matrix42 Empirum should be configured for the computer.
- Start Matrix42 Workspace Management and click the Service Desk workspace.
- In the navigation area, click Incidents.
- In the selection list, click an incident.
- In the action pane, click Reinstall Computer.
- Follow the instructions.
