Recovering a Computer

Unavailable since 9.0.2 version.

You can restore a selected computer completely or partition by partition from a backup image, if an incident for this computer was created. For this option, Matrix42 EasyRecovery should be installed and activated on the computer.

  1. Start Matrix42 Workspace Management and click the Service Desk workspace.
  2. In the navigation area, click Incidents.
  3. In the selection list, click an incident.
  4. In the action pane, click Recover Computer.
  5. Follow the instructions.
