Managing personal data

In the Personal Data area in your User Profile, you can view the stored information about yourself and change it if this is allowed by system configuration.

1. Open your User Profile. The system displays the following information:
   • Personal Data that includes your name, picture, position, contact details, preferred email language, and preferred currency.
   • Delegation area where you can define your temporary or permanent representative.
   • Contact Information that includes business phone, fax, pager, IP phone, and address. 
2. To update any information, change the corresponding attribute or upload a new photo.
3. Click Done.
