Returning services

You can return the services that you ordered.

  1. Go to the Matrix42 Self Service Portal and click Workplace > My Services in the navigation area.
  2. If you cannot find the required service, enter your search criteria into the Search Text field at the top of the screen and press <Enter>. 
  3. Click the service you would like to return to open it in Preview, and then click Return in the toolbar.

  4. Click RETURN. 

The Return action is available only if the service settings have Uninstallation mode set to "By Service Desk Staff and Self Service".

Possible cases

  1. A service being returned is configured as a required service for another service(s) assigned to you.
    In this case the confirmation message shows the dependent service(s) and they are returned with the selected service.

    If the dependent service does not support uninstallation (Uninstallation Mode is set to "Not Supported") then the warning is displayed and the services cannot be returned.
