Defining a delegate

A delegate has the same rights as you, which means delegates can view and access the same data and perform the same actions as you. This applies specifically to incident reports, change requests, and approvals.

  1. Log into Matrix42 and go to the User Profile.
  2. Under Delegation, designate a user as your delegate and select the period of delegation.
  3. Click DONE. 

To remove a delegate, go to the User Profile and clear the Delegated User field, and then click DONE.
