Dashboard in Licenses
This dashboard is relevant starting from Enterprise Service Management version 12.1.2.
Overview
The dashboard located in the Licenses > Home navigation item provides insight into key license compliance metrics. Each card shows a number of identified records according to the set criteria. Click on a card to open the corresponding navigation item with filtered data. The trend of each card displays changes of this metric over the last week.
Compliant Products
Number of managed (reported) products that are fully compliant. It signifies that all valid license requirements are entitled with licenses.
Reported products are the ones that have been configured for reporting by using the Set Reporting Scope action.
Incompliant Products
Number of managed (reported) products that are not fully compliant. It means that some valid license requirements are not entitled.
Unmanaged Products
Number of software products that are relevant, but not reported.
Software products are considered relevant if they have valid license requirements and/or licenses.
Missing Baselines
Number of managed (reported) software products without any baseline.

Invalid Licenses
Number of licenses for managed (reported) software products that are in the Invalid status.
Expiring Subscriptions
Number of purchased licenses of the Maintenance and Subscription types that are assigned to a managed (reported) software product and have an expiration date within 90 days from today.
Invalid Requirements
Number of license requirements for managed (reported) software products that are in the Invalid status.
Unconfirmed Requirements
Number of license requirements for managed (reported) software products that are in the Confirmation missing status.
LIS Data Version
Date when the LIS data was last updated.
Unsafe LIS Synchronization
Number of managed (reported) software products where LIS synchronization is set to automatic.
We strongly recommend setting the synchronization mode of a software product to manual in order to avoid unseen changes coming from a LIS update. For detailed information about the LIS Update settings, please refer to Rules of LIS update for software products and Apply LIS template to software products.
Updated LIS Templates
Number of managed (reported) software products where an updated LIS template is available and needs to be synchronized manually via the Apply LIS Template action.
Unclassified Applications
Number of fingerprints that are not yet classified and represent an installed application on an active device. This metric includes only devices that have an asset status which is relevant for license compliance.
