Top 10 Reported Software Products with Unconfirmed License Requirements

The pie chart shows the number of unconfirmed license requirements per software product. It means that only license requirements with the Confirmation missing status are considered. Click on a slice to see the corresponding software product.

This is a pie chart with top 10 software publishers that have a maximum number of license requirements. Only license requirements in status Licensed or License required are considered. Licenses by Status

It is a pie chart that groups licenses by their status. Possible status values are: Used (all usage rights are assigned to license requirements), Unused (all or some usage rights are not assigned to license requirements and therefore not used), Invalid (license is missing some data and therefore cannot be validated and then consumed by license requirements), and Expired (licenses with a past expiration date).

This chart displays software products that have the maximum number of unused usage rights from all active licenses. Click on a slice to see the corresponding licenses that have free usage rights.

Up-to-dateness of Inventory Data for Computers Relevant for Licensing

This bar chart groups all computers by their last inventory date. The chart uses LastScanDate of applications installed on the computers. Click on a bar to see corresponding computers.

Top 10 Software Products with Oldest Average Age of Installation in Days

This bar chart displays software products with the oldest average date of installation. The chart takes into account local installations on active computers only. The y-axis value is the result of summing up the age of all installations of a software product and then dividing the result by the number of installations. Click on a bar to see the corresponding software product.

Top 10 Software Products by Number of Installations on Active Computers

The pie chart shows software products with the maximum number of installations on inventoried computers. The chart takes into account only active computers. Click on a slice to see the corresponding software product.

Number of Computers Relevant for Licensing by Operating System

The pie chart groups all computers by their operating system. Only computers that have a status specified in Settings > Asset Status Values Relevant for License Compliance are taken into account. Click on a slice to see the list of computers.
