When some functionality in MyWorkspace does not work correctly, our support might need the console log output. This article explains how to get this output in Internet Explorer.
After completing this how-to you will have the console output, which you can provide to our support.
First Step: Console Output (Logs)
Open Internet Explorer and perform the action in MyWorkspace, which is not working as expected. Then open the developer tools either by pressing F12 on your keyboard or by choosing "F12 Developer Tools" in the menu as seen in the image below.
Then open the "Console" tab and make a screenshot or copy the text from the tabs content.
Second Step: Browser Version
In addition the Internet Explorer version is very important for our support. You can find it under the "About Internet Explorer" menu item.
