Known Errors
Known issues in 12.1.1.4191 (Technical Release)
1. 488530 [GDIE]Import Definition fails to process float values correctly for Text and Excel data sources
2. 488474: Update of already installed extension may fail with exception
3. 488722: Error may occure during update, because of removed user who still have a shopping card. (Occurred while processing update script '02-121-0166_post_MigrateShoppingCartRecipientToMulti1)

- 479284 - Duplicate Statuses in Filters for Dashboards/Reports
The Status Filter sometimes displays duplicate status entries, creating unnecessary clutter. - 479087 - Unclear Widget Filter/Share Status
Users cannot easily tell if a widget instance has been filtered or shared by someone else, leading to potential misunderstandings. - 484917 - Incorrect Error Message When License Certificate is Missing
When no license certificate is present, the displayed error message is misleading or incorrect, confusing users. - 485009 - Corrupted Exports When Clicking Too Quickly
If you click the "Export/Print/Send" button repeatedly before the report is fully loaded, the exported or sent file may be corrupted. - 485281: Shopping cart wizard shows X button in the wrong position
The X button in the shopping cart wizard appears misaligned, affecting the visual presentation and usability of the wizard. - 485332: Widgets are cut when they do not fit on the page, instead of being moved, when Printing

Attempting to send reports by email in certain scenarios results in an exception, making email-based report sharing unreliable. This may happen in case of multiple File Storages in use - 485279: It is not possible to change Data Label Format - changes are not applied for Pie/Donut

Dashboards currently lack the ability to search within filters by string or number values, limiting usability. - 481378 - Widget Instance Placement on Export
When exporting dashboards or reports, widget instances that don’t fit on the current page are not automatically moved to the next page. - 484653 - Limited Configuration for Report Actions
The "Open Report via Action" feature cannot be configured to open reports other than the Service Levels Compliance report. - 479087 - Unclear Widget Filter/Share Status
Users cannot easily tell if a widget instance has been filtered or shared by someone else, leading to potential misunderstandings. - 480329 - Unable to Add Fields to Non-DataSet Widgets

Predefined demo Knowledge Base articles may show broken or "not found" images, reducing the quality of the demo experience. - 484435 - No Preview Access for Service Tasks
Users cannot preview tasks associated with services, bookings, or tickets in the Service Catalog. - 484754 - Error Assigning Excluded Service Twice to One User
An error occurs when attempting to assign an excluded service to the same user more than once. - 485226 - Preselected Global search categories are not applied
