Working with Service Catalog Dashboard
The Matrix42 Service Catalog provides a dashboard that offers graphical visualization of your service catalog data in the form of charts (widgets). The dashboard is located on the Service Catalog home page, right below Quick Starts and Announcements.
The following pre-configured widgets are currently available out of the box:
- Top 10: Most Consumed Services. This pie chart shows the top 10 services that have been ordered from the Matrix42 Service Catalog most often and, thus, have the largest number of bookings. Hover over a service in the pie chart to view the service details: service ID - the name of the service - the number of times the service has been ordered. Click a service in the pie chart to open it in preview. Learn more about Services in Matrix42.
- Top 10: Consumers With Most Services. This pie chart shows the top 10 users that have ordered the largest number of services from the Matrix42 Service Catalog. In the pie chart, hover over a user with the mouse cursor to view the details: the name of the user and the number of services the user has ordered. Click a user in the pie chart to open it in preview.
- Services by Status. This pie chart shows the breakdown of all the services available in the Matrix42 Service Portfolio by status. In the pie chart, hover over a status with the mouse cursor to view the details: the status and the number of services in the Matrix42 Service Portfolio that have this status. Click a status in the pie chart to open the searchable and sortable list of services with this status.
- Top 8: Catalogs. This pie chart shows the top 8 catalogs to which the services have been added. In the pie chart, hover over a catalog with the mouse cursor to view the details: the name of the catalog and the number of services added to this catalog. - Orders per Month. This bar chart shows the number of service orders that have been submitted and provisioned during the current month. In the bar chart, hover over a bar segment with the mouse cursor to view the details: the order status and the number of orders with this status. Click a bar segment in the chart to open the searchable and sortable list of corresponding services. Learn more about Orders in Matrix42.
- Bookings per Month. This bar chart shows the number of service bookings that have been submitted and provisioned during the current month. In the bar chart, hover over a bar segment with the mouse cursor to view the details: the booking status and the number of bookings with this status.
