Closing reasons of a change

Overview

To represent an ITIL-like change management process, we introduced the following closing reasons for change requests, which differ from closing reasons of other tickets. The former known closing reasons are obsolete for changes and no longer supported.

Completed Change was completely implemented and successfully reviewed.
Partially Completed Change was partially implemented. For further activities usually a new change will be created.
Rolled Back Implementation was not satisfying, so the change will be rolled back.
Rejected Change was rejected directly by the change manager or during the Approval phase.
Retracted Change was retracted from the requestor or from their responsible cost center.
