Phases/statuses of a change request
Overview
The full change management process usually passes through the five phases. Inside of each phase, the change can adapt specific status values.
Request
- New: The change was requested by email, over portal, or created manually in the Matrix42 Software Asset and Service Management.
- Agreed: The change was agreed by change management and a workflow was initiated.
Analysis
- Analysis Pending
- Analyzed
Approval
- Approval Pending
- Approved
Implementation
- Implementation Pending
- Implemented
- Tests Pending
- Tested
- Released
Review
- Review Pending
- Closed: The workflow is finished.
