Availability

On the Availability dialog page, you define the target availability and the user capacity of services and/or assets.

The availability performance indicators are as follows:

• Ensured Availability (in %): Total time period when the service was available.
• Meantime Between Failures (MTBF) in Days: Average time between the two incidents that affect the availability.
• Meantime Between Service Incidents (MTBSI) in Days: Average time between the two incidents that are related to this SLA.
• Meantime to Restore Services (MTRS) in Days: Average time until the incidents that affect the availability are solved.

The capacity indicators are as follows: 

• Minimal Amount Users: Target value for the minimum required number of users of this service. 
• Capacity Maximal Users: Target value for the maximum permitted number of users of this service.
