Incident Status

If you want to trigger a push notification you have to create an incident via Marvin first. Remember the incident number and go to the service store. Navigate to the Service Desk and go to incidents. Select your created incident and click on take over. Save it. After a minute or 2 the user will receive a chat message from Marvin about the status of the incident.
