Service Management Auto-Discovery

To increase the user experience for customers during account linkage Service Management auto-discovery can be configured. The domain admin can create a TXT record on the DNS to support auto-discovery for users with matching email domains.

Use Case: User should benefit from the auto-discovery and should not manually link to the Service Management. The admin has to add as a TXT record to the domain. If the user links his account, he is automatically redirected to the Service Management configured in the TXT records.

Please note that it can take up to 1 hour before the auto-discovery works as expected, because of the DNS TTL configuration.
