Phases/Statuses of a Change Request

Overview

The full change management process usually passes through the five phases. Inside of each phase, the change can adapt specific status values. 

Request

  • New: The change was requested by email, over portal, or created manually in the Matrix42 Software Asset and Service Management.
  • Agreed: The change was agreed by change management and a workflow was initiated.

Analysis

  • Analysis Pending
  • Analyzed

Approval

  • Approval Pending
  • Approved

Implementation

  • Implementation Pending
  • Implemented
  • Tests Pending
  • Tested
  • Released

Review

  • Review Pending
  • Closed: The workflow is finished.
