Patch Overview Endpoint Data Protection

Endpoint Data Protection 24.0.3.1

Solutions: 

  • Fixed an issue in the EgoSecure Agent that caused a freeze on Windows 11 due to a deadlock in a driver.
  • Fixed an issue in the EgoSecure Server where a logging function could sometimes lead to a deadlock of the server.

Endpoint Data Protection 24.0.0.3

  • EgoSecure Server:
    • Fixed an issue related to BitLocker encryption when using Self Provisioning in Empirum on the same agent machine.

Endpoint Data Protection 24.0.0.2

  • EgoSecure Agent:
    • Removed a historical limitation of 4MB maximum size of the settings cached for offline use as it became obsolete.

Endpoint Data Protection 24.0.0.1

  • EgoSecure Server:
    • Performance improvement which sometimes occurred on installations with a very large number of agents.
    • Fixed an issue with the Synchronization Schedule for AD.
    • Memory management improvements.

Endpoint Data Protection 23.0.3.3

  • EgoSecure Server:
    • Fixed a compatibility issue with MySQL noticed in previous 23.0.3.x versions.
    • Fixed issue where you could not assign multiple tenants to an administrator.
    • Only Supervisor can now edit File Format Definitions.

Endpoint Data Protection 23.0.3.2

  • EgoSecure Server:
    • Security improvement: Addressed a potential vulnerability in https communication between the server and agents to prevent unauthorized requests.

Endpoint Data Protection 23.0.2.2

  • EgoSecure Server:
    • Fixed an issue where the Antivirus (AV) Component is partially dysfunctional. It is expected that only a server upgrade is needed, followed by a reboot of the affected agents, will restore full functionality of the AV Component without the need to upgrade all the agents to 23.0.2.2. However, we recommend updating the agents too as a precaution. 
      Fixed an issue in 23.0.2.1 regarding EgoSecureAgent.exe file's digital signature.

Endpoint Data Protection 23.0.2.1

  • EgoSecure Agent:
    • Fixed an issue where after upgrading the server to 23.0.2.0 some older agents could not be upgraded to 23.0.2.0 as well.

Endpoint Data Protection 23.0.1.1

  • EgoSecure Server:
    • Fixed an issue where Azure AD synchronization would fail.
