Managing remote connections is explained in this article.

If no connections are active, it displays the Welcome Message

Refresh button can be used to refresh all listed devices on all views displaying clients:

Search Bar

Use this to quickly locate a specific device, folder, or connection option by searching it with a full-text search.

Search results are displayed under “Search results [number of matches]”. Usually, this field shows all devices.

Example for search “test”:

Search always starts with the beginning of the word. Search “Test” would return “TestPC”, but not “PCTest”.  Search always starts with the beginning of the word → Prefix search.

Active

Displays currently active remote connections.

Shows the count of connected sessions (0 when none are active).

The Pen-icon can be used to change the session name:

The disconnect icon can be used to quickly disconnect the session (the icon will change when the mouse is hovered over):

Note that the disconnection doesn't ask for confirmation.

Favorites

Lists devices you have marked as favorites for quick access.

Example: TestPC1 (green dot indicates that the device is online/available).

All

Organized tree structure showing all devices and groups. Example folders: Matrix42, Frankfurt, Milano, Wien, etc. Note that one device can only exist in a folder at a time.

All new clients are automatically moved under “_New Clients” folder.

Use Drag and drop on devices to move their locations between folders.

In this screenshot, the "TESTPC1" machine is being moved to folder “München”:

Click folders to expand and view the available remote agents inside.

Expand a single machine to see all the options available to that machine:

These options are explained in the Managing Connections article.
