What is Microsoft Teams Approval

The Matrix42 Microsoft Teams Approval app is a personal app available in Microsoft Teams for service request approval. The app is an additional way to handle Service Catalog approvals directly from within Microsoft Teams.

PREREQUISITES

There are two prerequisites for using this feature:

  1. A product license for either 'ITSM Advanced' or 'ITSM Enterprise' needs to be in place. 
  2. Matrix42 Enterprise Service Management version 12.0 or higher needs to be installed.
  3. A valid SSL certificate for the Matrix42 Enterprise Service Management solution.

Subscription models prior ITSM Advanced or ITSM Enterprise do not support the use of the Matrix42 MS Teams approval functionality.
