Release Notes for Microsoft Teams Approval
The Microsoft Teams Approval app is available for download in the Matrix42 Extension Gallery.

In addition to the capabilities of v1.0 the new version M42 Approvals 1.1 now supports
- French, Italian, German translation
- Approvals of requests including multiple services, sets, bundles, groups or service specific forms
- Synchronized setting for approval comments based on ESM configuration
- Push notifications to MS Teams 'Activity Feed' for new approvals
- Notifications are only available in English
Microsoft Teams Approval Extension 1.0
M42 Approvals 1.0 is the initial release of the app featuring the below features
- Personal App for Microsoft Teams
- Status-based application tabs for 'Pending', 'Approved', and 'Declined' service requests.
- View options are 'List' and 'Card'
- Approval functionality of orders including one service
- Any other approval will be displayed only, with a direct link to the Self Service Portal
- Access to service-specific forms
- Currently supported languages (all other language settings will result in mixed output)
- English (US, UK)
This release does not support requests including multiple services, sets, bundles, or groups. The Service Catalog configuration for approval comments as well is not supported.
Approval-based forms (defined at the approval activity within the workflow) are not supported.
