Extension Test Studio
With the increasing popularity of the Extension Gallery and the configuration with extensions across all digital workspace platforms, the quality of these applications form an evermore important aspect in their lifecycles. The Matrix42 Extension Test Studio provides a new way for developers to assure the quality of their extension with the ability to E2E-Test them directly on a DWP instance. The Extension is now available as a technical preview in the Extension Gallery and allows to run and monitor tests written with the framework Testcafé. The additionally available CLI provides another powerful tool for writing the Testcafé tests on your development machines.
Setup your DWP Environment
The Extension Test Studio is meant for testing extensions and not the platform itself. It does not support the usage of a DWP developer certificate and it can lead to the extension not working correctly. Please deactivate the certificate to use the Extension Test Studio.
