Import And Export

Overview

FireScope leverages an XML format for exporting and importing Configuration Items, Blueprints, Dashboards and Google Maps. To perform any of these functions, you will need to be logged into the solution with Administrator rights.

 Import:

1. Click Administration > Utilities > Import. Import page will be displayed.

1. Select Import Type(upper right hand corner) from the drop down selection.
2. Depending on the Import Type selected, the form will display contains to choose from.
3. Complete the form.
4. Click on the Import button.

Export

1. Click Adminintration > Utilities > Export. Export page will be displayed.

1. Select Export Type(upper right hand corner) from the drop down selection.
2. Depending on the Export Type selected, the form will display contains to choose from.
3. Complete the form.
4. Click on the Export button.
