M42 Approvals for Microsoft Teams 1.1.x
New features
- Approval of complex service bookings
- Bookings including technical targets
- Bookings having service-specific forms
- Group/Bundle/Set bookings
- Notifications in MS Teams Activity Feed
Limitations
- Notifications will only be functional for ESM systems using the AAD Data Provider to import AAD accounts
- Changing the quantity of bookings to be approved (e.g. 2 out of 3 requests of the same service) is not supported.
These orders are treated as normal bookings, and you can approve or decline all items from that booking.

Using the old Teams Desktop application in combination with enabled browser credentials for the Matrix42 ESM application might result in issues with the Single Sign On flow.
As workaround, disable the setting "Administrations -> Settings -> Secure Token Service -> Browser credentials enabled "
