Bugfix:

  • Remote Console: An Instant Meeting session can now be started directly from the Remote Console using the "Create new session" button.
  • Remote Console: Column changes in the lower "Terminal Server Sessions" section are now saved when the Remote Console is reopened.
  • Remote Console: The initial state of clipboard synchronization can now be set with the portal setting "Secure Advisor" > "Clipboard" > "Clipboard synchronization active from session start".
  • The "Safe Mode Restart" feature of the remote console can now be enabled/disabled in the portal with the "General" > "Security" > "Disable Safe Mode Restart" setting.
  • Matrix42 Remote Assistance Web Connection Service: Implementation for Remoted Client (Server Version 3.3.8530.28866 required).
  • Remoted Client: If the Remoted Client fails to send a status update during a Synchronisation Error / DataBase access failure, the Remoted Client will continue to reconnect regularly and won't shutdown.

Improvement:

  • Failed to connect to a macOS client from the Terminal Server Sessions menu.
  • A missing translation in the file transfer was added.
  • Additional bug fixes and improvements.

macOS

Bugfix:

  • Remoted Client: With locked screen and active Confirmation Timeout, the connection could not be established automatically.

Improvement:

  • In the portal, the text options for the disclaimer for macOS has been added.
  • Remoted Client: Reworked logging in, logging out, and switching users in macOS, especially when multiple users are logged in to the operating system. Also added a new info message to improve usability in these situations.
  • Remote Console: macOS Remote Session is now terminated when the local user logs off.
  • Additional bug fixes and improvements.
