Uninstalling the Entra Enterprise Applications extension

Overview

You can remove the Entra Enterprise Applications add-on by using the standard Uninstall Package action.

In the Administration application, go to Extensions > Installed Packages, click Entra Enterprise Applications in the grid and run the Uninstall Package action. A wizard will open where you can uninstall the package.

What data is removed and what is left

Uninstallation of the extension deletes the following objects:

• The Entra Enterprise Application Inventory data provider and all of its configurations;
• The Entra Enterprise Applications inventory - Import Data and Entra Enterprise Application inventory - Data Collector workflows,
• The Technical Inventory > Entra Applications navigation item in the Licenses application,
• The Technical Inventory > Application Usage > Entra Application Usage navigation item in the Licenses application,
• Entra application settings on the License Requirements > Usage Tracking dialog page of the software product record.

The following records are still present in the system after the uninstallation:

• The Entra service connection and tenant.
