What is MS Teams Collaboration for Service Desk Agents

PREREQUISITES

There are two prerequisites for using this feature:

A product license for either 'ITSM Advanced' or 'ITSM Enterprise needs to be in place.
Matrix42 Enterprise Service Management version 12.0.2 or higher needs to be installed.
