Installation and update requirements

New message handler: Significant performance improvements in message processing
(Please inform our support to activate the new message handler after the extension is updated)
the update remote assistance agent dialog will now display if the version is alpha/beta or release
if an asset has no remote agent installed, an option for a adhoc session will be displayed.
An asset that is currently offline will not show the last connected server under "connected server" anymore

A "linked asset" in a service request that had been transformed to an incident will now displayed correctly
An issue has been resolved for cases where the "Mass update" feature was not working.
