Remove business data from an EMM device

To remove all business data from an EMM-managed device, please proceed as follows:

  1. Open the UEM console.
  2. Enter a search term under Search Text (e.g., device name, user name, model or OS) as filter.
  3. Click the respective device. The right Device window displays all available device data.
  4. Click Delete Business Data; you will be prompted to confirm the deletion process. Enter delete to delete the data and then click Delete Business Data to confirm.

Once the data have been deleted, the device will be displayed as UnManaged.

To reinstall the app portal on the device, please proceed as described under How to install the app portal on an EMM device.
