Configuring and running the Sonar Clarity Integration data provider

Setting up the configuration

To configure the data provider, do the following:

  1. In the Data Providers list, click Sonar Clarity Integration to open the data provider.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Under Configurations, click the default configuration to open it.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. In Sonar Clarity Integration Configuration, make the following changes:
    1. On the  General page, select the Enable import checkbox.
    2. On the Settings page, in the Default Organizational Unit field, choose an organizational unit to assign the newly imported subscriptions and applications to.
    3. On the Settings page,  fill in the Blob Container Uri and A shared access signature (SAS) fields.
  6. Click Save & Close or Save  to save the configuration.

After saving the configuration, you can right-click Sonar Clarity Integration in the Data Providers list to run the Enable and Activate actions. The context menu also allows you to edit and review the data provider.

Checking the import results

You can check the import results for Sonar Clarity Integration in the Configurations section.

To check the import results, do the following:

  1. In the Data Providers list, click Sonar Clarity Integration to open the data provider.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Under Configurations, click the configuration of the Sonar Clarity Integration data provider to open its preview.

Under General Information, the Last Result section shows if the import was successful or not. The preview also displays all jobs, workflow instances and import logs for the selected configuration.

You can also review jobs, workflow instances and import logs on the separate tabs of the configuration dialog.

After the successful execution of the data provider, you can also find an XML file with imported virtual machines in the Matrix42 root folder under Messages/Data/SonarClarityIntegration/LastResult.
