Inventory
Overview
This module is in a maintenance phase and is no longer offered to new customers. While it may still be visible and accessible in the Management Console, it is no longer included in new licenses or activated for new customers, and no new features are planned. Existing functionality may remain accessible for a limited time, but the module is being gradually phased out.
Inventory gives an overview of the components of a computer such as computer physical memory, processors, disk drives, video cards, installed applications, files executed, etc. To show inventory information, perform the following:
- To get information about a certain component, go to Reports | Inventory and select the menu:
- Logical disks
- Disk drives
- Physical memory
- Processors
- Video cards
- Applications
- Executable files (*.exe)
- To show only devices or drives that are currently connected, enable the Hide deleted checkbox (not available for Applications and Executable files reports).
- To group the list of the respective components according to certain attributes, select the attribute in the Group by selection menu.
- To search for a specific term on the list, enter the search pattern in the Filter field.
