Import SSL Certificate

Login as Administrator to your Mail Gateway Server
Import the SSL Certificate to your machine
Double click on your Certificate File (*.pfx)
Select as Store Location Local Machine
Process with Next
Click Next
Enter your certificate password
Click Next
Select Place all certificate in the following store
Click Browse
Ensure that Personal is selected
Click OK
Proceed with Next
Click Finish
Confirm with OK

Add Site Binding

Open Server Manager
Select Tools
Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager
Expand your Server
Expand Sites
Right Click Default Web Site
Click Edit Bindings
Click Add
Change Type to https
Select under SSL certificate your previously imported SSL certificate
Click OK
Click Close

Update Read Ahead Size

Now, double click the Configuration Editor
Press on the top Section the Drop Down arrow
Locate the system.webServer section and select server.Runtime
Change the uploadReadAheadSize to 2147483647
Press Apply
Navigate in the left pane to your Server Name and select under Actions Restart
