Admin Guide Part I: Role Based Access

General

Silverback supports several system user roles with different levels of authorization and with different levels of access to parts of Silverback. Please review the access levels for each different role in the table below:

The default Admin account within the Silverback Management Console is a SYSTEM user that cannot be deleted.
