Roles

For Remote Assistance there are 2 predefined Security User roles. These roles can be used for authorization.

  1. To add members to the user roles, select in the app chooser "Administration" --> "Security" --> "User Roles".
  2. Filter by name "Remote Assistance".

The following roles are available:

Role Description
Remote Assistance Administrators Default role for managing remote assistance settings
Remote Assistance Users Default role for users performing remote assistance
  1. Select the corresponding role and now you can configure the respective role via "Edit" and/or "Set Permissions".
