Configurable AI for Matrix42 Enterprise

The Matrix42 Configurable AI for Matrix42 Enterprise is a powerful solution based on the Matrix42 Enterprise Service Management Platform, enabling organizations to build and deploy customized use cases based on GenAI.

It enables seamless integration of OpenAI-compatible AI services providers and models, whether self-hosted or from third-party providers. You can choose between proprietary, open-source, or custom LLMs/SLMs - per use case.
AI Builders can integrate AI actions or use cases, such as classification, text generation, text summaries, or text rewriting based on Matrix42 Enterprise data (Configuration Items). 

The integration can be made available in the AI Action panel (interactive AI Actions) or within the Layout Designer (AI Action).

Once the AI Service Provider is defined, AI actions can be created.
