Dashboards

The dashboard section provides help on availability of dashboards and their interpretation.

This article is intended to help you interpret data from the dashboards available for Matrix42 Intelligence.

The dashboards are located in the administration of the Matrix42 Enterprise Service Management solution, as sub-pages of the 'Matrix42 Intelligence' navigation item.

The table below, following the numbers in the screenshot, explains the details for each area of the dashboard.

Nr. Title Description
1 Subscription information Basic data of the Action Credit subscription the system is connected with, like status, period, and monthly credits.
2 Total Credits this month Overall amount of Action Credits for the given month based on the monthly added Action Credits and those available from the previous month. In case of over-usage, this number might turn negative.
3 Credits rolled over from last month Action Credits that are available from the previous month. In case of over-usage, this number turns negative.
4 Credits consumed this month Current view of the Action Credits used during the current month. The timeliness of data depends on the execution cycle of the engine activation (AI Subscription Consumption).
5 Credits remaining this month Actual available Action Credits for the current month based on added, called over over and consumed Action Credits.
6 Consumption by month Consumed Action Credits for this current month.

First values will be visible after the first execution of the engine activation (AI Subscription Consumption), returning consumption-related data.

The table below, following the numbers in the screenshot, explains the details for each area of the dashboard.

Ingestion itself is referencing the upload of data from Matrix42 Enterprise Service Management to our cloud platform for further processing.

Nr. Title Description
1 Data Ingestion Progress (active sequence) The % of data being uploaded in the current ingestion cycle based on Ingested Objects and Left Objects.
2 Ingested Objects Objects in the current ingestion cycle that have been uploaded already.
3 Left Objects Objects in the current ingestion cycle that have still to be uploaded.

By default, the ingestion engine is executed every minute. Short execution cycles might result in the Data Ingestion Progress showing 100, and the Left Objects state a 0 value.
