Technical Prerequisites

Matrix42 AI Search in Self Service Portal enhances our existing Enterprise Service Management solution. Following technical requirements need to be in place

  • Matrix42 Enterprise Service Management starting version 12.0.6
  • 'New Look' enabled
  • Default Data Queries in Self Service Portal

Network access to the cloud platform M42Next needs to be enabled, e.g., to authenticate the service connection to https://mx42-prd.eu.auth0.com/oauth/token
