AI Search Licensing

Matrix42 AI Search requires a subscription license for Enterprise Service Management (either Advanced or Enterprise tiers) as well as a subscription for the Matrix42 AI Assist for Service Desk solution, which is required to enable the feature.

In addition to those mentioned above an Action Credit subscription is required.
