Technical Prerequisites

Matrix42 AI Assist for Service Desk enhances our existing Enterprise Service Management solution. To use this feature, the following technical requirements must be met:

  • Your Matrix42 Enterprise Service Management deployment needs to be version 12.0.5 or higher.
  • The New Look must be enabled.
  • Preview and Edit dialog windows for Tickets, Incidents, and Service Requests must not be customized - the default configuration is required.

Network access to the M42Next cloud platform needs to be enabled, e.g., to authenticate the service connection to https://mx42-prd.eu.auth0.com/oauth/token
