Technical Prerequisites
Technical prerequisites for the AI Assist toolbar.
Matrix42 AI Assist for Service Desk enhances our existing Enterprise Service Management solution. To use this feature, the following technical requirements must be met:
- Your Matrix42 Enterprise Service Management deployment needs to be version 12.1 or higher.
- The New Look must be enabled.
Network access to the M42Next cloud platform needs to be enabled, e.g., to authenticate the service connection to https://mx42-prd.eu.auth0.com/oauth/token.
