Unlock a Windows Phone EMM device

You can use the UEM console to unlock a Windows Phone, for instance, if somebody has forgotten his PIN code. To reset the PIN code, please proceed as follows:

1. Open the UEM console.
2. Enter a search term under Search Text (e.g., device name, user name, model or OS) as filter.
3. Click the respective device; the right  Device window displays all available device data.
4. Open the Actions menu and click More.
5. Now click Unlock and click the button in the bottom right corner to confirm.

Now the device will display the log-in screen where you can log into the device with a newly generated PIN code, which is displayed in the UEM console.
