Availability

On the Availability dialog page, you define the target availability and the user capacity of services and/or assets.

The availability performance indicators are as follows:

  • Availability (%): Total time period when the service was available.
  • Meantime Between Failures (MTBF) in Days: Average time between the two incidents that affect the availability.
  • Meantime Between Service Incidents (MTBSI) in Days: Average time between the two incidents that are related to this SLA.
  • Meantime to Restore Services (MTRS) in Days: Average time until the incidents that affect the availability are solved.
