You can restore a selected computer completely or partition by partition from a backup image, if an incident for this computer was created. For this option, Matrix42 EasyRecovery should be installed and activated on the computer.
- Start Matrix42 Workspace Management and click the Service Desk workspace.
- In the navigation area, click Incidents.
- In the selection list, click an incident.
- In the action pane, click Recover Computer.
- Follow the instructions.
