Deleting objects in Service Desk

You can always delete objects in Matrix42 Service Desk by using the Delete action in the action pane:

  1. Select the objects that should be deleted.
  2. Click the Delete action in the action pane.
  3. In the dialog that appears, check the summary information, and then click DELETE at the bottom of the wizard to confirm the deletion.

When you delete objects in Matrix42 Service Desk, please note that their related objects are deleted as well in the following cases:

Deleted Object Deleted Related Objects
Change request Approvals, tasks, and workflow instances.
