This topic provides guidance on troubleshooting (including error IDs). The provided information concerns error messages related to the installation routine. 

0013 - Configuration Item - Removed Data Definition Composition

Summary
If customer had changed predefined Data Definition composition (removed Data Definition from Configuration Item), this needs to be restored. This kind of change is not allowed and could harm proper functionality of application.

Scope
Applies to all Configuration Items.
Detects problems caused by customer changes.

Handling
Predefined Data Definition composition needs to be restored by applying the AutoFix.

0015 - Configuration Item - Deleted

Summary
If customer had deleted a predefined Configuration Item, this needs to be restored. This kind of change is not allowed and could harm proper functionality of application. 

Scope
Applies to all Configuration Items.
Detects problems caused by customer changes.

Handling
Configuration Item needs to be restored by applying the AutoFix.

0022 - Configuration Item - Changed

Summary
If customer has changed some properties of a predefined Configuration Item, these changes needs to be reverted.

Scope
Applies to all Configuration Items.
Detects problems caused by customer changes.

Handling
The original version of the changed values are necessary to assure proper functionality of application and need to be restored by applying the AutoFix. Your changes will be kept as custom value.

0032 - Configuration Item - Changed (Renamed)

Summary
If there was renamed a Configuration Item with new product version and a custom Configuration Item with the same name already exists in database the custom Configuration Item needs to be renamed.

Scope
Applies to all Configuration Items.
Detects problems caused by product changes.

Handling
On fixing this issue automatically, the existing Configuration Item will be renamed to Ud_CITechn. Name. This will probably harm customizings that are using this configuration item. Please check such customizings after update with highest care.

0033 - Configuration Item - New

Summary
If there was introduced a new Configuration Item with new product version and a custom Configuration Item with the same name already exists in database the custom Configuration Item needs to be renamed.

Scope
Applies to all Configuration Items.
Detects problems caused by product changes.

Handling
On fixing this issue automatically, the existing Configuration Item will be renamed to Ud_CITechn. Name. This will probably harm customizings that are using this configuration item. Please check such customizings after update with highest care.

0037 - Configuration Item - Added Data Definition Composition

Summary
If a new Data Definition composition was added to a Configuration Item with new product version and a custom composition for the same Data Definition already exists in the database, the custom composition needs to be changed to system protection level.

Scope
Applies to all Configuration Items.
Detects problems caused by product changes.

Handling
This Data Definition composition will be marked as system and used by product standard by applying the AutoFix.

0039 - Configuration Item - Added Data Definition Composition (Manual)

Summary
If there was added a new Data Definition composition to a Configuration Item with new product version and a custom composition for the same Data Definition already exists in the database, the custom one needs to be changed to system protection level.

Scope
Applies to all Configuration Items.
Detects problems caused by product changes.

Handling
Manually fix the issue: Configuration Item has a custom Data Definition composition that conflicts with a new predefined one. Data Definition composition has incompatible cardinalities. To fix the issue manually, use SQL Server Management Studio. First you need to adjust data to make it compliant to new cardinality. Then change cardinality manually.

0052 - Configuration Item - Recreated

Summary
The predefined Configuration Item has a wrong ID. Probably this issue has appeared because an object had been deleted and recreated afterwards.

Scope
Applies to all Configuration Items.
Detects problems caused by customer changes.

Handling
Configuration Item ID needs to be restored by applying the AutoFix.

0078 - Configuration Item - Wrong Recreated Data Definition Composition (Manual)

Summary
The predefined Data Definition composition does not have the predefined cardinality. This needs to be restored.

Scope
Applies to all Configuration Items.
Detects problems caused by customer changes.

Handling
Manually fix the issue: adjust data to make it schema-compliant and change cardinality to new model. Please get in contact with Matrix42 support if necessary.

0080 - Configuration Item - Reused or Renamed ID (Manual)

Summary
The predefined Configuration Item ID is reused for a different CI and it cannot be autofixed. This kind of change is not allowed and could harm proper functionality of application. It is advised to manually fix this problem.

Scope
Applies to all Configuration Items.
Detects problems caused by customer changes.

Handling
Manually fix the issue: change ID of the conflicting Configuration Item or delete it. Finish installation afterwards by applying the AutoFix. Please get in contact with Matrix42 support if necessary.
