To manage emails, the "Store email to Database" option must be set in Administration > Global Settings > Emails.


To view all messages in the database, navigate to Administration > Services and Processes > Emails.


In preview, you can find an error message. This message shows why email sending failed.

Available actions:

  • Resend: If the email was in "send" state, action will change it to "not sent". Invoking action on "Non-send" email has no effect.

Emails in state "Not sent" will be automatically resent by corresponding engine activation.

  • Delete: Completely deletes email from database.
  • History: General action. See corresponding KB.
  • Export: General action. See corresponding KB.

Also, filters by the state are present:

  • Failed emails
  • Unsent emails
  • Successfully sent emails
