To manage a mobile device, you have several options for doing so. To do this, click on Devices> Mobile devices and the corresponding device. In the window that opens, click on in the header. In the Actions window, click Manage Mobile Devices. Now you have the following options to choose from:
Any company data or apps associated with Silverback will be deleted from the device.
Full Device Wipe
Resets the device to factory defaults, erasing all data and configurations from the device.
The device is locked and a message appears on the display.
Clear Pass Code of Device
The stored device code is removed and you have the opportunity to access the device and set up a new code. Attention: It is no longer protected against unauthorized use!!
