Extension Test Studio Browser Matrix
What does the Browser Matrix mean for testing?
When defining E2E-test cases for your extensions, you need to specify which browser versions should be used for testing. These are offered by Matrix42 in a Browser Matrix with different browsers and its available versions.
How does it work?
When the tests get executed by the Extension Test Studio, it will use the available Matrix42 docker images for each browser version to run the tests inside of Docker containers. These images are based on the browsers docker images and have additionally npm and testcafe installed.
Supported Browsers:
The Matrix42 Docker repositories get updated nightly to ensure that the latest browser versions are always supported by the Extension Test Studio.
