Workflow Designer is a browser application that allows the automation of business processes using natural language and little to no coding skills. It allows domain specialists to create process automation like approvals in a single visual tool. By using Workflows, you reduce errors, eliminate redundant work, and improve overall efficiency. Workflow Designer is a Workflow management tool that can help to simplify the process of creating and managing workflows, making it easier to automate and streamline processes.
Please note that the new Workflow Designer is only available with our 2023 Subscription licenses or newer. - Predefined Approval Profile templates: Default templates are available for use out of the box. They are based on dynamic recipients and can be extended with ASQL statements in Service Catalog.
