0002 - Protected CI - Changed Data Entry
Summary
If customer has changed a data entry of a protected CI, this changed data entry will be marked as Customized.
Scope
Applies to all protected CIs.
Detects problems caused by customer changes.
Handling
These fragments should be marked as Customized by applying AutoFix.
0054 - Protected CI - Local Time Zone of Date Value
Summary
Predefined Configuration Item contains DateTime attribute in local server time and not in UTC. This needs to be changed.
Scope
Applies to all protected CIs.
Detects problems caused by customer changes.
Handling
This value will be changed to UTC date by applying the AutoFix.
